POLICIES

• Must be 18 years old or older to receive a cosmetic tattoo, no exceptions.

• DO NOT BOOK IF: you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have cardiac valve disease, have an active skin condition in the area or if your prone to Keloids.

• If you are Diabetic, you must provide a Doctor’s note consenting to treatment.

• Healed results vary from each individual person. Two sessions are recommended to achieve desired results.

• We have the right to dismiss or refuse service to anyone.

• Please note that all policies and pricing are subject to change at any time.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your appointment; the remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.

• RESCHEDULE POLICY:

  Reschedules require a minimum of 48 HOURS notice. Clients are provided two courtesy reschedules. Any excessive reschedules will require a new deposit and / or result in the cancelation of your appointment.

• If you attempt to reschedule/ cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, you will loose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• LATE POLICY:

  If you are 15 OR MORE MINUTES LATE to your appointment may have to be rescheduled and a $50 inconvenience fee will apply.

• NO SHOWS / NO CALL POLICY:

  We love you but this is a business- please don’t do this. Any client that does not show up and does not contact us for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
